The Work Community
The Work community continues to grow as more and more people
throughout the world are learning how to use four
questions and a turnaround to bring them back to peace and joy
in their lives. Whether you are suffering from anxiety, sadness, physical
or emotional pain, or depression, you'll find that people just like you
have been able to overcome their suffering by using The Work to investigate
their stressful thoughts . If you would like to experience the power of
The Work for yourself, we invite you to use the resources
available through the Institute
for The Work and throughout this site.

If you are a graduate of the School, you may register for the Institute
for The Work and connect with people throughout the world who
are interested in doing The Work.

Sign up for Katie's newsletter to stay informed
about Katie's upcoming events, new products, and opportunities to experience
The Work throughout the world.
Do The Work Right Now - Call the Do the Work Helpline!
The Do the Work Helpline
is for anyone who wants to do The Work right away, by phone or online,
with a trained facilitator who has graduated from the School for The Work
with Byron Katie. There is no fee for this service.
Do The Work with a Round Robin Partner
Deepen your personal experience of inquiry
and improve your facilitation skills with a new Work partner each month.
To sign up for the Round Robin facilitation,
you must be a graduate of the School.
Be Facilitated by Katie or a Guest Facilitator
Each month you will have the opportunity to participate in two different
one-hour teleconferences: one with Katie and the other with a guest facilitator.
These teleconferences are designed specifically for people who are interested
in facilitating others in The Work, and anyone can participate. For more

Find a Local Work Event
Experience The Work through teleclasses, inquiry circles, and introductory
workshops near you. Click here
to search for an event in your community. If you don't find one, perhaps
you'd be interested in starting one.
Share The Work (POP)
Certified facilitators of The Work of Byron Katie receive all the
support they need, from facilitator resources to presenter training, through
the new Presentation Outreach Program (POP). Would you like to
introduce The Work to your colleagues, community group, school, church,
