Before I was introduced to The Work late in 2007 (a dear friend of mine recommended Loving What Is to me) my preferred ways of dealing with problems was analyzing and transforming emotional pain with the help of creativity. The Work showed me how to use my brain and my heart differently, and it helped me to undergo a dramatic change in my life: in 2008 my father passed away and I found myself in a relationship and a job that I experienced as stuck. The Work supported me to take bold steps and start from scratch. Since 2010 I work self employed as a trainer and life coach, and I'm very thankful that, today, I'm at peace with my present and past relationships.
