All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made prior to the 30-day period before the start date of the program will be refunded the amount paid, less the non-refundable $2,000 deposit. Should you cancel your reservation at anytime within the 30-day period prior to your arrival, your $18,000 balance will not be refunded. If you do not send advance written notice of your cancellation, if you do not attend, or you leave Turnaround House prior to the conclusion of your scheduled program, your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
