It was the only tool I used for healing from bulimia, image obsession, and low self-image. It has transformed my issues with my family, romantic love, money, body, and anything that has ever hurt me.
When I do The Work and work with a client, I trust the four questions and turnarounds. I stick to it, because it´s the ONLY method that has ever worked for me. The only tool I share.
