| | Meeting The Work showed me for the first time in my life the option I have to believe or not to believe my thoughts – understanding this option opened new worlds for me. I love The Work, its simplicity and I love that it doesn’t require anything of me other than the willingness to answer the four simple questions. I always felt all I needed to know was inside me, I never connected to gurus or any other people who thought they had the answers for me. I knew the answers were in me and I didn’t know how to find them - The Work gave me the way to my answers.
I would love to share with you the many ways The Work has influenced my life. It allowed me to love my face after two years of hating it every time I looked at it or even thought about it. I have facial paralysis on one side caused by a virus (Bells Palsy). Today my face is still paralyzed in some areas and I no longer have a problem with that.
Working on the thought “I am a failure” allowed me to start my own business and produce big events, both things I always wanted to do but didn’t because I was sure I would fail.
The Work allowed me to be able to really listen to my parents. Working on the thought “they don’t understand me” made me see I never really tried to understand them. Through doing The Work I also learned that listening doesn’t mean I have to accept their opinion, but by listening with an open heart I found and still find some really good advices in their words.
I dealt a lot with the issue of wanting to become a mother and not succeeding as fast as I wanted. Today I embrace Jonathan, my adorable son, who came to this world through IVF procedure. Going through that procedure I had a lot of stressful thoughts and I thank God I have The Work with me.
I also find The Work as a tremendous power in my relationship with my husband. For the first time in my life I am not running away when things get tough and this is very new and powerful for me. I also find The Work is one of the best ways to find real intimacy in every relationship in my life, including the one with myself.
I love doing The Work with people in private sessions, meeting, one-on-one or over the phone. I give courses and workshops in ISRAEL and other places in the world when I am invited which deal with body and relationship issues. I see The Work as a gift I received and a gift that everyone deserves to get. I will, therefore, try to pass it on to as many people as I can.
I would love you to contact me in any issue concerning The Work. |
