| | I first met The Work in a period when I had many conflicts and often felt misunderstood by my family and colleagues. I loved it right away because it brought me back from my judgements to an openness and kindness towards myself and others.
It ended some of my strong beliefs such as, “My parents did not care for me,” “I have to be in control,” and “I know this better than others.” My endless doubting and search for approval changed. By doing The Work I learned to trust the kind and natural intelligence that shows up when I investigate thoughts. It is amazingly simple, adequate, and loving.
I am a consultant/facilitator/coach for organisational change, management & leadership development.
