What if relief from suffering, depression, and self-doubt were as simple as questioning the thoughts you believe to be true?
After spending a decade depressed, angry, and suicidal, Byron Katie woke up one morning and had a life-changing realization: when she believed her painful thoughts, she suffered, but when she questioned them, she didn’t suffer.
Katie expressed this realization in a simple method called The Work, which has been used by millions of people all over the world. The Work is an astonishingly simple process, accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds, and requiring nothing more than a pen, paper, and an open mind.
Past students of The Work have used Katie’s method to end their suffering around issues like abandonment, death, abuse, illness, world politics, divorce, abortion, and other life events.
As Katie guides you through The Work, your stressful beliefs—about your past, your family, your relationships, or yourself—can radically shift. In this workshop, working with your thoughts, experiences, and beliefs, using the method that Eckhart Tolle describes as “a great blessing for our planet,” you can discover peaceful, joyful acceptance.
Please note: Tuition covers workshop costs only. Lodging and meals are not included.
