Cancellation Policy(Required)

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to registration@thework.com.

Cancellations received on or before Thursday, March 26, 2026, will receive a refund minus a $200 cancellation fee.

Cancellations received between Friday, March 27, 2026 and Friday, April 3, 2026 will receive a refund minus a $400 cancellation fee.

Cancellations received after Friday, April 3, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
