I used to believe that there was a void within me that required healing. Throughout my childhood and adolescence, I was on a quest for love, approval, and appreciation, a never-ending pursuit marked by an ever-growing list of “not…enough” qualities – not pretty enough, not smart enough, not good enough. This unrelenting cycle held me captive within invisible walls, too apprehensive to speak, too hesitant to form connections, and too anxious to socialize.

With grace, I discovered “The Work.” Through this transformative practice, I came to recognize that my suffering stemmed from unquestioned thoughts and self-imposed limitations. It became clear that when we confront our distressing thoughts with an open heart and an open mind, doors previously closed begin to open. As a result, I’ve nurtured self-love and self-acceptance, enabling me to authentically connect with others and embrace them for who they are.

“The Work” has proven to be a profound and transformative force in my life, reshaping the very essence of my existence. It led me to self-discovery and a newfound sense of purpose, turning my life into an exhilarating expedition filled with twists, turns, and profound revelations. It has gifted me with humility and grace.

I am here to offer individual sessions through Skype, phone, or in person for those in the Los Angeles area. You can also find me on The Work Helpline. I welcome the opportunity to accompany you on your transformative journey.
