Rosa Silver
During a very difficult time in my life, Byron Katie’s book, A Thousand Names For Joy held me in a place of knowing that the world was working for me, not conspiring against me. Since then, writing and working on numerous worksheets have opened my mind, allowing self-empowerment and love beyond what I had understood.
Topics areas I have done The Work on include: shame, worry for my autistic son, divorce and betrayal, losing a parent, art and creative success, narcissism & abuse, body dysmorphia, believing in a judgmental God, codependency, feeling over-responsible, plus years of worksheets on mother.
I especially enjoy one-on-one facilitation, where one’s darkest thoughts can be held by the four questions, allowing something extraordinary to emerge and ultimately “Loving What Is” in the most profound and healing ways. I used to fear my mother, wished I had a different one, and cursed God for making me her daughter. Through Inquiry, I found a love that is at rest, allowing me to be the daughter and person I had always longed to be.
All levels are welcome whether you are new to The Work or experienced.
I am available over Skype, WhatsApp, Zoom, the phone, and, if in Oregon, in person.
