The Work came to me at my lowest point. I’d spent decades attempting to distract myself from anxiety and depression; I was a new mother, and the tension began to amplify until I could no longer find a way out of it. I felt desperate. The Work was the lifeline that restored my faith in life, humanity, and myself. It was as if the lights were turned back on. The Work was the key to re-connect to my child, life, and myself again.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I work with people in all settings, from torture survivors in war zones to those struggling to embrace their authentic identity or corporate communities looking to embrace a more presence-focused workplace culture. I am available to facilitate anyone and everyone ready with an open mind. I know what it’s like to struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, self-doubt, grief, abuse, post-traumatic stress, and pain. It’s my deep honour to facilitate you in The Work and for you to have the opportunity to meet your beautiful Self in the process.
